I had a previous miscarriage at 5 1/2 weeks into pregnancy. Now I am pregnant again and at 5 weeks. I am scared because all the pregnancy signs such as sore nipples has disappeared and that is what happened the last time when I miscarried... am I miscarrying again?

You won't know until you start miscarrying. If it makes you feel better, you should see your doctor.

Only time will tell. I know it's all scary, I've been there. If you need reassurance, call your doctor. If they know your history, they'll understand and do what they can to calm your fears.

Try not to panic or worry all the time, it won't help. Distract yourself. Stay positive. Spend time with family and friends.

I agree with the above, but I do want to add that symptoms can come and go... so don't worry too much until you can talk to your doctor.
