    Electric appliance economics
    Buyng a house I have became the owner of a 1980 vintage electric stove.
    It work fine but I question its efficiency versus a current model stoe.

    Is it worth the expense to change it for a newer one.. Ron

    All electric stoves are 100% efficient but the newer stoves might offer a little better insulation on the oven part and a few more due dads.
