    Right to leave in uk
    I have a student dependent visa,if I divoice with my partner.do I have the right to work and leave in the uk?

    Dependent visa can be revoked as soon as the divorce is final even the date stamped in your visa page is still current. If you want to remain in UK, you must file for other non-immigrant visa prior to your divorce, or return to your home country and then apply for different visa on your own.
