    Toilet issue
Our toilet without being flushed will start filling up with water all by it self, just as if it had been flushed, and the tube that fill the tank will come out of the ring it fits in and water will come out from under the tank lid. What would cause this to happen? It only happens on one toilet in our house. We have 2.

That tube is called fill tube and must be connected to the overflow tube that the water drains in to the over flow tube, also check the water level it should be set 1" under the rim of the overflow tube, if the small tube is connected and the water level is OK and you still have problem please get back to us for further instructions, Thanks.

Also, and in addition to Afaroo's excellent advice: It appears that your flopper needs to be either clean or replaced.
