Going form an hourly rate to straight salary
My company is offering me a straight salary instead of an hourly rate. How can I determine if I'll be better off by taking a straight salary?

Break down the salary to an hourly rate by dividing it by the weeks then by the number of hours worked in a week.

Once you get your salary to an hourly rate you can compare it with your hourly rate.
