    Does anyone care?
I am a mother of a wonderful daughter who is new in college. I have been sick and so I am not working at the time. I do a lot of charity work in my area. However now things aren't so great for me. I have no christmas for my daughter and no way to do anything that I need to. Is there anyone that can help? I have tried everything I can think of.

You are lucky in that your daughter can afford to go to college; mnay people would dream of having that opportunity.

Im sorry to be harsh but to answer your question, if there is anyone that cares, they probably cannot do much to help. Your daughter is an adult and in college. She is lucky. I get that Christmas is a special time of year but your child is old enough to understand that some years there just isn't enough to give nice presents.

Spend the holiday with her and share in the joy that you are both happy and alive.

Be grateful you are alive, and can spend time together many of us do not have those benefits to share with our mother.
