If you are legally married, you can apply for dependent visa for your spouse. You need documents to prove your marriage is genuine and financial documents to support both of you. Contact the consulate for details.

I am gratified by your reply.Offcourse our marriage is genuine.Appologies me for not knowing what is the meaning of LEGALLY married.Do you mean our marriage is registered in court. Then I must say no as generally our marriages(Nikkah) are registered in our union councles or with the relgious person who prepare Nikkah naama(document) .Please guide me on that??

Between which consulate I must ask for details.Do you means Pakistan's consulate in Islamabad??

Legally married in immigration term means you have marriage license certified by courthouse or concerned authority, not just religious ceremony like in some countries.
