    Ice on condenser coils/vents
    What would cause a buildup of ice on the outside/inside of outside a/c and heating unit while heat is on? Ice is built up on coils, condenser and vents.

    What can be done to remove ice buildup and keep clear of ice?

    Something has run afoul with the defrost function. Recommendation: set thermostat to emergency mode and seek professional help.
