It doesn't matter if you were spotting or not. You need the take the FULL pack of pills for an entire month in order for them to take full effect. You only took 3 weeks of them and missed 2 pills in that time. So yes your chances of pregnancy are increased greatly.
You need to follow the directions on your birth control and remember to take the pills; on top of that, you should not have sex when you have missed 2 pills like that. So please for yourself be more conscious.

O man.. How long should I wait before I take a test?. My nurse told me my body is out of wack because of the hormones up and down because I stopped taking them after that completely.. but I don't know how early to test I had sex 3 weekends ago

Don't let the spotting scare you, a lot of people spot when first going on the pill. If you miss a pill take it as soon as you remember it, if you miss 2 pills in a row, don't take 2 of them at 1 time just keep going one a day. But it takes sometime for a pill to be fully effective, so play it safe and use a condom as well for the first little while until you get used to taking it on time, and remember it does not protect against STI'S so be careful.

Yes, and remember no unprotected sex till you finish the full month of no missing, if you are going to have trouble remembering the pill you may want to discuss with your doctor other methods
