    Heater Not Working
We have central heat & air. The air conditioning works fine but the heater is not. Air blows, but it is not warm. If the thermostat is set to 72, the unit goes off and on like it is working but the temp does not get above 63. It's cold! Any troubleshooting tips before we call a repair person?

Pull up a chair and tell us a little more about your system (brand, model, gas, electric, what color, etc.) so we can make some suggestions.
