    Help with weight loss
    Hey, I'm 13 years old and I desperatly need to loose weight. I'm in fashioin and everything but it never looks good on me because of my weight. I'm about 5'8 and about probably like 160. I don't even know where it all came from.can I have some help. I want to be about at least like 120 the normal weight? Any ideas...

    Start with running daily... you are not that fat... that's why it will be harder to lose weight... so let all your food to be vegetables and fruits.. u can have orange juice and yogurt as breakfast.. salad and chicken like ceaser salad as lunch.. and try to drink a lot of water between meals... stop having snacks.. do not drink any sodas or water while eating your meal.. it creates a huge stomach.. have patience and all will be lost.. ooh about the dinner it should be any kind of preferred fruits but do not have your dinner after 8 pm . Maybe you don't trust this but I tried and I did it..
