Hi. Can someone tell me why I can't sleep without this tablet and why I need it so badly? I have been on it for about 1 or 2 months and if I try to sleep without them I lay tossing and turning unable to sleep. I can't do it. My doctor has told me to come off them but I can't. Can someone tell me what the hell is wrong with me? Have I gone insane? Thanks...

He may be able to prescribe another medication that acts in the same way with different chemical substance and one that is not habit forming.

Why were you prescribed them to begin with?
