    Heater in Home not working.
I have a fairly new home (3yrs old) and it has two heating-a/c units. When I turn my heat on upstairs, I can feel cool air blowing out of the vents, however downstairs... I can feel heat when placing my hand close to the vent, but it does not blow out. Help!!
