Kenmore Elite Total Care System with Even Heat
I have a repeated problem with this dryer. When pushing the start button, the dryer will not continue to run (it will only run while I am depressing the start button. After repeated attempts, moving the other control knobs and unplugging the machine, it eventually starts working normally. Any suggestions as to what the problem is and what I can do to fix it?

    Thank you.

It could be in the motor start/run switch located on the motor itself.
