    Kenmore 70 series washer
    Water will not fill completely. Dial set for large load, water fills to medium load.

    The "water level switch" controls this.It is accessed from behind the control consol. It has to be tested with a voltmeter.
    This switch is round with a clear plastic tubing that goes down to the tub.
