    Judgement and collection?
    I live in ga and was doing business with a company in al i got behind and they turned my account over to lawyer, i have been hurt by economy and lost about 60 percent of my income,i do have only 1 house that we reside in and 1 vehicle can i be forced out of my home or trk for debt less than 2500. The original debt was 5800.00 i paid 3500 last month now i got summons i don't deney owing , just have no means to pay now. What can be done? Oh the summons is from al and i live in ga

    In GA they can garnish your pay for up to 25 percent. So that is most likely what they will do,

    What type of business? Its unlikley that can do anything about your primary residence.
