Shoplifting in moline, Illinois
My mom and I got arrested for shoplifting a calender, my mom has a small past, what would happen??

What was the point? I'm sure it will depend a lot on your age and your mother's past. Here's the problem, if it wasn't an accident and than can be proven your mother can be in more trouble than just the shoplifting because she did it with you, her child. It will also depend on your state and cost of the calendar?

The calender was about 20 dollars and I am 27 years old, my mom got off probation for something else in another part of the contrey

You will receive a hearing and be required to pay restitution to the store and possibly put on probation. I was thinking if you were a minor your mother could be in more serious trouble. Good luck

Well, no charges was filed till the 9th for me and my mom, is that suspistous or is it just me?
