    If the iod fuse is bad will the instrument cluster stop working in a 92 plymouth voyager?

    If all of the lights are out on the dash, the ignition switch may be bad. Pull it apart (not the lock mechanism) and look for wear, pitting, and melting. Disconnect the negative battery cable first.
