    Answering a Motion to Dismiss
    Would I answer a Motion to Dismiss the same way as answering a Rule to show Cause?

    Do you mean an 'Order to Show Cause'?

    If it's an Order to Show Cause re Dismissal then the answer is probably yes. A motion to Dismiss and an OSC Re: Dismissal are pretty much the same thing (not exactly but pretty much).
