    What does your dad say about it?
    What does your mom say about it?
    Does your dad have a court order saying you live with him?
    Is there a reason you live with your father rather than your mother like she could not have custody of you for some reason?

    My dad says that we will go threw court but i have feeling that he is goining to do something tricky! my mom says that she wants me to live with her. c i was supposed 2 live with her in 6th grade but she got sick and told my dad to keep me for a samester then she would get me, the next thing she new she got papers saying that my dad has full custdoy of me. my dad has a court order saying that i live with him. well my dad sayed that my mom abandon me but she really didnt so i think that is most of the reason y i dont live with her.

    Your mom has to file a petition to modify the custody agreement in Family Court. The judge will listen to your preferences but will make a decision based on what's best for you.

    Ok well how does my mom do this < like where to go and so forth> c I no that the judge will do what is best for me but I just feel that he will chose my dad and what if he does then what happens

    If the judge decides you are better off with your father, then that is where you have to live until you are 18.
