married to another but different state
I am just wondering if it is against the law to marry another man in another state if you have been separated from your current x-spouse for 10 months and he won't give you a divorce. Is it legal the marriage that is?

No, it's not legal. It's called bigamy.

What do you mean by "he won't give you a divorce?" When did you file for divorce? It shouldn't take more than a year after you file for the divorce to come through. Do you have an attorney?

You would be committing bigamy if you married someone while still married to another person.

No, you get your divorce first by hiring an attorney and fighting for it, even if it takes a year or two

If you get married again you break the law and will go to jail.
