Tax return from OPT to H1B
Hi, I am on H1B visa since Oct. 1 2008.

My OPT expired on June 2008, I did not go gack to Japan for status change from OPT to H1 visa. I was hired the company Novemver 2007.

Last year I used 1040ez and 8843 form for tax return.

    Should I use 1040NR and 8843, instead 1040ez?

Also I did not claim for moving expense between different state last year.
Can I still claim it for 2008 tax return?

I appreciate if you could answer my questions.
    Thank you very much.

The date on which your OPT expired in June 2008?
What was your visa status after OPT, before starting H1B?
