    Could I be pregnant
    I'm 2 days late for my period but getting really bad tingly feelings in my nipples and back ache and then this morning I was vomiting and feel sick all day but the test I did was negative could I be pregnant

    It's possible... could also just be a stomach bug. Give it another week and see if your period is just late, then try another test at that time if need be. If you continue to feel unwell for several days, you could always check with your doctor too.
