    I received a 48 hour notice to vacate a rental from city
    I have been in a rental for 1 month. Today, I came home to a 48 hour notice & order to vacate an illegal property posted on my door from the city. The landlord admitted she knew she was not supposed to rent the property and it was deemed to be repaired or demolished. What do I do? I am 7 months preganant and do not have additional funds for moving. I have also been hospitalized for breathing difficulties and I see that the property is labeled by the city to have black mold. What are my responsibilities and the landlords?

    I would expect the landlord to give me all of my money back, you may have to sue them, And you need to try and find some place else to live, if you have not moved in 2 days, go to the court hearing.
