Drain/ soil stack installed improperly
My sink drain for my powder room is too near the front of the framing and won't allow room for drywall to sit flush. Last homeowner allowed the drain to break through drywall at the base. As the soil stack rises to the ceiling, it is correctly installed and allow the drywall to sit flat. The framing is cut for the drain to sit further back but it is stuck forward. Are these easy to fix? I have a crawlspace underneath the house that is hard to get access into but I don't think there's anything down there preventing movement of the drain. Any ideas for repair?
