    Unpaid Traffics Tickets
    I have missed a court appearance for unpaid traffic tickets and fines.
    Will this effect my travel down south (passport)...
    How do I find out if there is a bench warrant for my arrest.:(

    Why don't you just go to the Clerk's Office and pay your fines and unpaid tickets? If there is a warrant out for you, this will definitely put a damper on any travel if you are stopped.

    You go to the Police Station, they run your record, they tell you if you have any warrants.

    And, yes, if you get stopped anywhere or run through any computer entering or leaving the Country you can be arrested.
