Which time is safe for sex?
    Hi,

Just want to ask which time is safe for sex? After periods or before them? I mean when there is less chances of getting pregnant. I've heard if you do sex after periods there are more chances to conceive?

    Can anyone help?

The least likely time is right before a period. This is because most women will have already ovulated by this time and the body is preparing to rid itself of the support system that was put into place for a possible pregnancy. However... no time is 100% safe, so there will always be a bit of a risk. Some times are just safer than others.
Right after periods may be somewhat safe, but since some sperm may live for several days, and if you happen to ovulate on the early side of the norm, pregnancy is possible. (hence my lovely 4th child! )

Also, if you not trying to get pregnant then it is best that you use a form of pregnant and condoms each time you've sex.
