What is the proper motion for requesting additional credits
I was recently taken to court over the emergency sale of the marital home, resulting in a Verified Motion to sell marital residence signed out by the court . In the motion it states "Should either party wish to request additional credits, that party shall file the appropiate motion requesting same." I do wish to request addition credits for several issues: 1. Not receiving items in divorce decree. 2. Over payment of Alimony. 3. Rental income for personnel living in home. Etc...

What is the proper motion for requesting additional credits.

Has the home sold? Is the money being held in trust until the divorce is final or is everything over already ?

The divorce was final in March of 05. The ex-wife remarried in July 06 and lost the right to the martial home. I had to take her to court to have the home sold and the home was just sold. The money is being held in a trust until the court rules on any offsets. I am wanting to request numerous offsets to include 1. rent for the new husband and family living in the home. 2. Over payment of approximately $6800 alimony. 3. Loss of equility in the home because it was sold well below appraised value. Etc... but the court documentation that I received stated that I have to file for the offsets but have no idea what type of motion I hava to file in order to have them heard by the judge. I have spent over $30,000 on my divorce and can no longer afford a lawyer. So I am having to do it all myself but do not have a clue on this one . I would greatly appreciate your assistance. Thank you
