The sequencer not only brings on the blower it brings on the strips one at a time. If part has gone bad in time all will go bad. The sequencer can get stuck closed and pop fuse links on the strips or the sequencer will not close at all. The only place to finde out how to do this right is OJT.

Thanks for you're replie my friend and you are right to a certain point nothing beats ojt but I have a brand new sequencer abd fan capaciter and 2 brand new transformers and the heat strips and limit switches have been tested and deamed okay although one of the insulater was broke into I fixed it with some jbweld so know I am moving on to the other transformer the upper one the one in the box that houses my switches for auto/fan and heat/cold I just learned a neat trick by putting regular 20amp car fuse in between the transformer lines all 4 it would blow them instead of my $30 transformer killer trick for troubel shooting well I did that hooked everything up right but blower came on but still no heat and now no airconditioning thanks again I appreciate the advice
