Off the books Dad & Child support
I have recently after 3 years started receiving a temporary support of $700 per month for three children. My ex has lied under oath and claims to only be earning part time wages of about 25-30K per year. Duing our over 8 year marriage I am sure he earned over 100k however was never honest with me and deposited about 70K per year into our Joint account. Since he did his financial deposition the original amount asked for and "settle temporarily" is a lot less than he can actually giev. Also he has been lying about how much he works to begin with and for a temporary time stated he only works 20 25 hours per week. Is there any way to enforce he works full time? Also as all my life I have beeen on the books my income is viewed as higher than his when in actuality he probably earns 2 to 3 times more than I. He also has never given complete records of all his finances. He also liquidated some assets that were from money from our joint bank account. Lastly he also refied a house and deposited the money into his solo account. Any ideas on how to get the court to recognize his game playing and increase my support as I am not even scraping by and have been using credit to sustain?

If you have an attorney involved they should be required documentation for all financial affidavits. If not, you need the judge to enforce all documentation be provided for all finances. You didn't state where you live but in Illinois it's required.

You need to get documention of the wages and assets he is hiding. If you can, then you bring that to court.
