    I cant get pregnant and I don't know why
    I have been trying to get pregnant for over a year now I have been tested and my husband has been tested we are both fine I don't know what do do any more I am so frustrated I want another baby so bad I just can't do it I did everyhting right I tracked my ovulation calculated everything it just won't happen what can I do to improve my chances thanks for any opions:(

    Since there are no health or medical concerns effecting your or your husband's fertility, it may simply be a matter of time. Some couples find it helps to take a bit of a break from calendar watching and counting days and just get back to enjoying themselves. Might be a good time to consider that for a few months.
    Eating well, taking care of yourselves, choosing good lifestyle habits, maybe a good multivitamin for both of you to cover yourselves, is all you can do.
    Put away the calendar for now... have frequent sex throughout the cycle, with maybe a few more times added when you think you are getting close to ovulation, but enjoy yourselves and try not to let it become a chore.

    I know this might sound silly but once you relax on the idea of getting pregnant you be surprise what could happen.

    It took me and my fiancé over a year to get pregnant but once we stop putting so much pressure and stopped stressing about getting pregnant it happen.Once it did happen we thought we were dreaming but we wasn't.

    So it will happen when you least expect it.
