Yes, you can be arrested and brought home, then the Juv courts will decide if you get sent back home.

Regardless of what can happen to you legally I will tell you that running away is a mistake ,especially to another state.. where you have no back up should you get hurt or worse.

Young people are victims of all kinds of predators and if you think you are wise enough to spot the good from the bad you are not.These people prey on young people and they are good at what they do.They are con artists and they are good at what they do,they might seem like the nicest person in the world until they have you in their clutches.
If your life is so bad at home seek help from family services and they can arrange for foster care if they deem it necessary.
The street is no place for anyone ,least of all someone of your tender age.
I don't know how you feel about your parents but you will put them through hell if you do this.I have known parents who had to be hospitalized for stress related trauma when their child ran away.
Think how you would feel if someone you loved up and disappeared!
This is not an answer to family problems and it could be potentially fatal.
Please rethink this!

If you cross state lines then the persons you try to live with and the persons that helped you can be charged with federal crimes and for those they could be put away for many many years.

You need to figure out something different.
