Working illeagaly and not paying taxes
What do you do when you know someone is here working illeagaly and not paying any taxes? These guys have vehicles left and right and they don't report any of their earnings by any means. They have been deported before and told not to return to the us but did anyway.

If you want to be a snitch, you call Immigration with the facts of the matter and report them.

If you want to mind your own business and not get involved, you do not.

How do you know they don't report their earnings? That's a question that Immigration is going to ask you.

I'd tend to agree with JudyKayTee, so many people post here asking how to report a neighbor or whatever to get them deported.

I don't believe most people actually have any solid proof someone is illegal and are probably basing themselves on rumors and assumptions that someone is illegal. Like in this case how does the OP know the person is not paying taxes and does not have some kind of visa, did the OP go through this person's home and look for a visa, passport or copies of tax returns?. no.

I will however say, just call the number for ICE (immigration and customs enforcement) 1-866-347-2423 and let them know what you know. But less than 1% of these claims are ever investigated cause so many people make false claims based on rumors, assumptions or just to get someone "in trouble with the law"

Oh, no problem... I haven't been able to read all the threads lately so am just answering a few here and there when I have a few minutes.
