98 Honda Accord will not turn over - electrical is working
I have a 98 Honda Accord and the lights, radio, and all electrical work but the engine will not turn over. Could this be some kind of security problem.

A security problem wouldn't cause the motor not to turn over; do you mean that it won't turn over or that it won't start?

Have you checked for fuel pressure and spark?
