    Room temp
    I have an old natural gas boiler and the problem was that the apartment was extremely hot so I changed the old thermostat but the problem still exist. The temp is between 80 and 85 degrees.

    If the problem is not the thermostat then it is in the control that the thermostat controls. Uaually a zone valve or something similar.
