    Child charged with petty larceny
    My fifteen year old child was charged with petty larceny and I was just wondering what she could get?

    i.e. Probation, fined, community service.

    I know that this is up to the judge but I was wondering the possibilities.

    Whatever the possibilities are, the'll be LESS if your kid has a good lawyer. Hire one and ask him.
