Will my credit score be affected.
I took out a cc when I was 18 thinking it was a great idea well... it wasn't. I just recently had to go to court for a settlement against me threw non payment of my cc (threw a collection agency) my question is now that I am paying the collection agency every month on time is this doing anything positive for my credit at all? I know I hurt it pretty bad by not paying but I'm hopping they show a payment history.

Did you have a Judgment taken against you or did you settle before it got that far? If it's a Judgment, yes, it will be reported. If it's an out of Court settlement it will probably be listed as slow pay.
