    I reformated my computer and phones don't work
    If you reformat the computer which is start fresh again and all that do the phones still work because mine are not and the power doesn't turn on even though its plugged in. are the phones broken or is it just because I reformated the computer?

    Do the phones run through the computer system and if so have you reinstalled them correctly ?
    More information is really needed as it is unclear what the complete issue is.

    Well like the speakers that came with the computer you had to reinstall the sound driver which I do to make the speakers work but I don't know about the phone thing. It reloaded everything from the recovery disk just fine but I don't know anything about the phone...

    Do you have a phone line from phone company and phones plug into the wall? Or is your phone line done over your internet connection?
