Something I found off the internet:

Pregnancy symptoms differ from woman to woman and pregnancy to pregnancy; however, one of the most significant pregnancy symptoms is a delayed or missed menstrual cycle. Understanding the signs and symptoms of pregnancy is important because each symptom may be related to something other than pregnancy. Some women experience signs or symptoms of pregnancy within a week of conception. For other women, pregnancy symptoms may develop over a few weeks or may not be present at all. Below is a listing of some of the most common pregnancy signs symptoms. If you have been sexually active and experiencing any of the following symptoms it is important to take a pregnancy test.

    Implantation Bleeding:

Implantation bleeding can be one of the earliest pregnancy symptoms. About 6-12 days after conception, the embryo implants itself into the uterine wall. Some women will experience spotting as well as some cramping.

Other Explanations: Actual menstruation, altered menstruation, changes in birth control pill, infection, or abrasion from intercourse.

    Delay/Difference in Menstruation:

A delayed or missed menstruation is the most common pregnancy symptom leading a woman to test for pregnancy. When you become pregnant, your next period should be missed. Many women can bleed while they are pregnant, but typically the bleeding will be shorter or lighter than a normal period.

Other Explanations: Excessive weight gain/loss, fatigue, hormonal problems, tension, stress, ceasing to take the birth control pill, or breast-feeding.
    Swollen/Tender Breasts:

Swollen or tender breasts is a pregnancy symptom which may begin as early as 1-2 weeks after conception. Women may notice changes in their breasts; they may be tender to the touch, sore, or swollen.

Other Explanations: Hormonal imbalance, birth control pills, impending menstruation (PMS) can also cause your breasts to be swollen or tender.
    Fatigue/Tiredness:

Feeling fatigued or more tired is a pregnancy symptom which can also start as early as the first week after conception.

Other Explanations: Stress, exhaustion, depression, common cold or flu, or other illnesses can also leave you feeling tired or fatigued.
    Nausea/Morning Sickness:

This well-known pregnancy symptom will often show up between 2-8 weeks after conception. Some women are fortunate to not deal with morning sickness at all, while others will feel nauseous throughout most of their pregnancy.

Other Explanations: Food poisoning, stress, or other stomach disorders can also cause you to feel queasy.
    Backaches:

Lower backaches may be a symptom that occurs early in pregnancy; however, it is common to experience a dull backache throughout an entire pregnancy.

Other Explanations: Impending menstruation, stress, other back problems, and physical or mental strains.
    Headaches:

The sudden rise of hormones in your body can cause you to have headaches early in pregnancy.

Other Explanations: Dehydration, caffeine withdrawal, impending menstruation, eye strain, or other ailments can be the source of frequent or chronic headaches.
    Frequent Urination:

Around 6-8 weeks after conception, you may find yourself making a few extra trips to the bathroom.

Other Explanations: Urinary tract infection, diabetes, increasing liquid intake, or taking excessive diuretics.
    Darkening of Areolas:

If you are pregnant, the skin around your nipples may get darker.

Other Explanations: Hormonal imbalance unrelated to pregnancy or may be a leftover effect from a previous pregnancy.
    Food Cravings:

While you may not have a strong desire to eat pickles and ice cream, many women will feel cravings for certain foods when they are pregnant. This can last throughout your entire pregnancy.

Other Explanations: Poor diet, lack of a certain nutrient, stress, depression, or impending menstruation.

Haha, that's what you say now till your butt becomes a WIDE LOAD... hehe. No its worth it for sure... let me know how it goes, I really hope you get the results you want. While you guys are trying stay away from alcohol, pills and stuff like that (which I am sure you are) and they have fertility pills OH one more thing... start the maternal vitamins now... it never hurts to get a jump start on the folic acid. :)

Let me add that you have only been trying for 4 months. It takes the average couple as long as a year of active trying to conceive. Make sure you are already taking prenatal vitamins if you aren't at this point. Your body needs folic acid to make a healthy baby free of neural tube defects. Folic acid is necessary prior to conception because we never know exactly when conception happens.

Neural tube defects, such as spina bifida, happen in early pregnancy, usually before we even know we are pregnant and are irreversible.

I would also like to know where aprilwine got her info. I am not saying it is incorrect, but it is best to quote your sources on a site like this rather than to make it look like your own advice.

I might be pregnant.have you had these signs?
Ok, on the 21st I got light LIGHT pink spotting that didn't even fill a pantyliner up. I had already ovulated and been Trying to conceive with my husband.
It stopped after that day and never came back.
Since around that time I've had small headaches basically every single night.
Ive had dizzy spells and some moments of just slight nausea out of nowhere.
Now for the past few days I've been having an increase in vaginal discharge.. which is rare for me because I never get it.
I'm due to start my period some time this week (im irregular) but its usually on the 3 to the 6th)

    Could I be pregnant??

p.s.. ive also been tired beyond belief.. wanting to nap CONSTANTLY! Lol

Of course, anytime that you've had unprotected sex there is a possibility of pregnancy. But you can't know for sure until you take a test. And if you're due in the next few days, it might be too soon to get a positive. The HCG might not be high enough in your system for that.

Wait a few days, if you still haven't started your period, take a test with your first morning urine. And be sure to let us know how things go.

    Good luck! =)

    I'm just so confused.

I don't "feel pregnant".. like my heads saying I'm not.

But it might be because we've been trying for the psat 4 months with no luck.

I have been pregnant twice. (I miscarried the first time.) I had a gut feeling that I was pregnant the first time, but the second time I actually ended up taking 5 different tests (all positive) before I really believed it.

I know it's hard, but try not to worry or fret too much over the "am I? or aren't I?" It takes time to find out for sure. And don't worry over trying for four months... that will seem like just a drop in the bucket when you do have your little one someday. :)

    Keep us posted.

Well, I had a misscarriage last month.

But I didn't have any of the symptoms then that I'm having now.. or am believing to have.

    *sigh* lol

Shane and I just both really want this...

And I'm trying not to get too excited...

But I don't understand why my mind keeps saying Casey... stop worrying that you are there's no chance in hell... you aren't pregnant get over it. Lol

While it's a possibility that you may be pregnant, the average couple can take up to a year to get pregnant. I'm sorry to hear about the miscarriage, that must have been very tough and discouraging. However my advise would be to just have fun with it! Worrying about it may just make it harder to conceive. :) Good luck with everything, let us know how it goes!

Well, you are either pregnant OR your body is responding to the stress of the miscarrage and your desire to be pregnant. My body made me think I was pregnant for two months before I was even pregnant and I was not even Trying to conceive me and the hubby were using protection to hold of babies until a few more years. So, it is possible to have stress and underlying this play a trick on your hormones. I had all the pregnancy symptoms and my periods would come, but they would be short and weird. ARGH! I know the waiting sucks! Believe me! But give it a few days and please let us know what happens.
