    You can try the old remedy of vicks vaporub in a tea kettle on the stove. Inhale the steam for about 10 minutes and your sinus pressure should get better. Or you can take a hot shower and put the hot water on your forehead for as long as you can stand the really hot water. I know these remedies work for me, maybe you can find some natural relief this way.
