    Summons service ?
    I the state of Arizona do I need to hire a process server to surve a summons or can I have a uninvolved person service the summons. They refuse to pick up registered letter.

    Process servers in Arizona have to be licensed.

    It depends on the laws your state, as Judy pointed out. I know that Wisconsin won't allow anyone who isn't a police officer serve court paperwork.
