    If I don't want to marry my fiancé, can I get in trouble with the law?
    I do not want to marry my fiancé on a fiancé visa. Can I get in touble with the law if I do not marry her?

    No, both of you have the right not to get married. If you decide not to married in 90 days, she must leave US immediately.
