    Too hard haystack cookies
    Can I recook hard haystack cookies or is there something else I could do with the too hard cookies or the remaining :confused mixture that just went crumbly? :confused:

    If all else fails and no one can come up with what to do with your cookies, may I suggest you feed them to the birds instead of throwing them out in the trash? At least someone will enjoy your cooking!

    Crumble them up crush them then add maybe two tablesppons of melted butter press into bottom of a spring form pan and make a cheese cake with a cookie crust. If you have lots left reserve some crumbs for the sides of the cheesecake.
