    Emancipation laws?
My family has recently broken up, my mother and step dad are fighting over their son, and something happened to my little brother and now the kids are taken away from both, my mother and my step dad. Which means I must live with my grandparents or in foster care.
I am turning 17 in a few short months, and I am also 7 months pregnant, my baby has a birth defect and needs surgery after birth. I am in online schooling, and will be going to school for nursing after receiving in a couple of months, I am insured but do not have a job, but my boyfriend is over 18 has legal concent from a guardian and makes enough money for all of us to live.
He has a house set up for us for this winter move in, and it will take months for my mother to get custody of me back, are there any laws that I should know about before filling for emancipation?
I strongly need to do this..
    Please help.

Will not the guardian over you merely sign to allow you to marry, The process to get emancipated is long and costly, normally going though the courts, and usually they want you to be able to live on your own, not with someone. ** or at least prove you have that much income.

Also in some states once you have the baby that would emancipate you.

Best bet, go in for a talk with a family law attorney in your area.
