error class does not support automation
    code 0
    URL res://ieframe.dll/preview.dlg
I have tried typing "regsvr32 ole32.dll" in the start run and it tells me the ole32 module was loaded with an error 0x800ffff. Any help?

These types of errors were much more common when IE7 first came out. Most should be fixed by now with Windows patches. Make sure your system has the latest patches for Microsoft software installed:

    1. Click Start > Control Panel
    2. Double-click the Windows Update icon
    3. In the Windows Update window click the "View available update" link directly under the main "Install updates" button (this will so you all available updates for your system)
    4. Select all update(s) pertaining to Windows security patches, any IE patches, and most importantly make sure you have Vista SP1 installed
    5. After the install reboot as necessary

    Try to print again.

If it's still not working may I suggest using a more secure and stable browser such as Firefox which you can download here Firefox web browser | Faster, more secure, & customizable. I can almost guarantee you will not see the IE specific DLL error when you try to print from Firefox.

This worked for a computer running Windows XP and IE6

Start-> Run regsvr32 iepeers.dll (make sure you are running it as administrator)

If you get an error, you need to copy the file from another computer running the same OS and IE version.

Locate c:\windows\system32 on the bad computer. Rename iepeers.dll to iepeers_old.dll. Copy file from another computer into the system32 directory. I fyou get an error when trying to rename it, you may have to run it in Safe Mode as WFP has it hands on it.

    Run regsvr32 ieepers.dll

    Good Luck.
