Need sample Quit Claim Deed Form
Please I need a Quit Claim Deed Form to add a spouse to title. The property was originally purchased with both spouse on title and loan. Later, it was refinanced with wife's income (without husband signing). Now, husband wants to get on title. I don't need the Quit claim that transfers whole ownership from one party to other, but what I need specifically, is Quit Claim Form to ADD spouse to title. If you have this form, I would appreciate it.

    Thanks

If it still has a loan on it you need to check with the mortgage company that this is not a problem.

You will be selling the property to yourself and your spouse basically on the form.

Do not know your location, but sites like www.legalforms.com are some options

I have a major problem with a quit claim deed that was done regarding my father's property. However,...
