    Marry with Canadian
    Hi,

    I am Rishi I have J-1 visa 2 years rules apply.. I got a offer from canadian girl.. she wants to marry with me.. if I marry with canadian Girl.. then can I go to canada for PR without waiver,,

    No... the 2 years rule was part of contract of your program. In most cases, the program wants you to return to your home country, bring new experiences and put in good use for your country. If you seek migration, you need to file a waiver. Consult immigration attorney the sooner the better... don't waste your time.
