    Small claim won, how do I collect
    I have a small claim that I filed and won against an ex roommate. He has since moved to Las Vegas and has not paid a dime of the $4,000 he owes. I live in Washington. Is there a way to collect the debt or to find him and have his wages garnished?

    This is the real problem. A large percent of judgements never get collected, You can see if a collection company will take this for a percentage.

    You're probably not going to be able to find him and even if you do, you're probably not going to be able to locate his employer. In my experience, situations like this require collection agencies just like Fr_Chuck suggested. Good luck collecting, that's always the hardest part.
