    Who owns my loan
I would like to find a way to find out who actually owns the deed to my property. I know the loan servicer, but want to know who the actual investor is. Any info would be appreciated.

    Thanks Badloan

Actually, unless you are buying via a contract for sale, YOU own the deed. In the case of a mortgage, the lender has a lien against the property that restricts what you can do with it. But you are still the owner.
