Transfer of property where will is not made
We have a bunglow in a society. My father in law owned it and not he is no more. The bunglow is in a society. He has nomited his son and wife on the membership form of the society. His survivors are his wife , one son married, one daugheter married in 1989, one daughter unmarried.

Now the question is, Is the property directly transferred to his son and wife or his other two daughters are also the beneficiaries.

Please define society? What kind of society/corporation (without giving us prudent information)?

    Is this a family operated?

Did your father own this society?

Where your other family members aside from son and wife apart of the board of directors? How long has son and wife been apart of the board of directors?

    Is there a Will?
